Responding to VOPI 4’s will diversification, VOPI APARCAMENTS is borned. Through the administrative awarding of “APARCAMENTS PAÏSOS CATALANS” in Premià de Mar, the first construction and management are undertaken.

VOPI CAR PARKS starts as an entity focus on increasing company collaboration in public and private areas and it consolidates its presence in Spain.

Mainly specialized in car park, VOPI APARCAMENTS offers services which include construction, design, management and car parks operation, whether public or private, in different categories: properties, rotation services and their regulation, always acting by order and as a representative of public and local authorities’ requirements.

But, beyond our park management, VOPI CAR PARKS offers a wide range of consultancy service, like feasible analysis of new projects, proposals of management models and marketing and sales strategies.
